Indian Institute of Food Processing Technology (IIFPT), Thanjavur invites applications for admission to the following program.
Program details:
1. B.Tech (Food Technology) program: 4 years or 8 semester duration.
Eligibility: Only those candidates who have appeared in JEE (Main)-2018 (Paper-1) will be eligible for getting admission at IIFPT. Candidates who have passed 12th Examination with aggregate 55% marks.
2. M.Tech (FPE): 2 years or 6 trimester duration.
Eligibility: B.E./ B.Tech degree in any of the following discipline like- Food Process Engineering / Agricultural Engineering/ Agricultural and Food Engineering/ Food Technology and Management/ Food Processing and Preservation
Technology/ Food Technology/ Dairy Engineering/ Food Science and Technology/ Food Processing Technology/ Post Harvest Technology.
3. M.Tech (FST) program: 2 years or 6 trimester duration.
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in any of the following discipline like- Food Process Engineering/ Agricultural Engineering/ Food Technology/ Food Science and Technology/ Home Science/ Food Science and Nutrition/ Food Science and Quality Control/ Dairy Technology/ Food Technology and Management/ Food Processing and Preservation Technology/ Post Harvest Technology/ Food Processing Technology.
4. Ph.D (FPE): 3 years or 9 trimester durations.
Eligibility: M.E./ M.Tech in any of the following discipline like- Food Process Engineering/ Agricultural and Food Engineering/ Food Technology and Management/ Food Processing and Preservation Technology/ Food Technology/ Dairy Engineering/ Food Science and
Technology/ Food Processing Technology/ Post Harvest Technology/ Agricultural Process Engineering/ Dairy and Food Engineering.
