Qualification: Master Degree (Sciences)/ Equivalent with valid national level fellowship (CSIR, UGC, DBT).
2) Ph. D (Engineering)
Qualification: Masters Degree (Engineering/ Technology), valid national level fellowship (CSIR, UGC).
3) Integrated Dual Degree Programme (M. Tech + Ph. D)
Qualification:  B. E/ B. Tech/ B.S/ Equivalent, valid national level fellowship (CSIR-GATE, UGC-NET).
Selection Process: Short listing, Interview.
